Since moving here in December 2021, I have been quite content. The management team and staff are always incredibly helpful and friendly. I have made many acquaintances in the neighborhood, all of whom are very kind and quiet. There are gorgeous places to walk or run nearby, the ctrain is only minutes away, Coop is within walking distance, there are plenty of takeout places close-by as well. Even my dogs adore this place - there's a small dog park close by! The apartment came with insuite laundry, dishwasher and relatively new appliances; it was clean upon arrival and has been maintained well since then. Noise levels remain low; the train/ctrain is hardly noticeable at all! Overall I'm pleased with this building - so much so that I would be happy to recommend it to any friends or family looking for a downtown location.

Jenny & Juan are living at Discovery Pointe for almost two years now and they highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rental Downtown. The building is spotless, safe, and in an unbeatable location near transit, parks & the river - they adore the views from their suite! The property management team (Karen & Aleksandra) and maintenance staff do an outstanding job of meeting residents’ needs. They are commended for all their hard work! It has been a truly positive living experience.
