Living in The Pinnacle has been a great experience that keeps getting better with the new management. The suites are roomy and the walls are strong, so you almost never hear your neighbors. Upgrades to improve tenants' lives have transformed this building and its staff is phenomenal, always ready to help out. Plus, underground parking in Calgary's cold winters is an asset! Unfortunately I'm relocating overseas, otherwise I would be happy living here even longer. Highly recommend taking a look at The Pinnacle!
I moved out of Pinnacle in April 2010 after living there for 12 years. In my opinion, the current management team led by Luiba is the best - they go out of their way to accommodate tenants. Although it's a non-smoking building, some still think they can get away with smoking, and if caught, will be reported by non-smoking tenants who are adhering to their lease agreement. For single people, this is a great place to live as it’s pet friendly and has excellent security with working cameras that make me feel safe. The building's aesthetics have been upgraded and maintenance requirements were rarely inconvenient or bothersome; the maintenance team was both pleasant and skillful. There are washers & dryers in each unit which is an added bonus! Complaints about elevators shouldn’t be directed at the management since they don't maintain them; however, most of the time they're working fine. My only criticism is that there should not be a smoking area outside as it attracts undesirables looking for cigarette butts - those chairs would be better used by non-smokers wanting to meet or chat with neighbors in the sun!
