I was fortunate to move into this building about six weeks after it opened, and I have had a wonderful experience. Everyone living here is very friendly and helpful, and the process of signing my lease, moving in, and living here has been trouble-free. Even though the building is downtown and close to the train track, noise levels are low. It's amazing that there are four elevators - no one will ever have to wait long for an elevator at full occupancy. One night I had an issue with no hot water: Crystal from the 24 concierge service quickly solved it! While some might find rent a bit expensive, you get what you pay for with a downtown core location: easy access to restaurants (including eateries inside!), shopping centres, bus routes and Ctrain stops - urban living at its best!

Moving in is effortless, thanks to the large loading bay and cargo elevators, while its central location provides easy access to public transportation and the entertainment of downtown Calgary. Experiencing life at The Oliver surpasses all expectations; from interactions with other residents and the concierge, to utilizing the e-bike fleet for convenient travel. What's more, rent prices are reasonable for such a remarkable living experience. If you're considering booking a tour of this building, you may have just found your new home!
