Union at Roosevelt brings studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts together in two phases. Homes have stainless-steel appliances and private balconies, with selected layouts adding double vanities or vaulted ceilings. Phase II has a separate technology fee that includes internet.

The community offers a pool and hot tub, fitness center, clubroom and a courtyard with barbecues and a firepit. Underground parking has single and tandem space options. Pet households can have two animals weighing up to 50 pounds each, with refundable deposits separated from one-time fees and monthly pet rent.

Restricted breeds include Akita, American Bulldog, Beauceron, Belgian Malinois, Caucasian Mountain Dog, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Keehound, Mastiff, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Staffordshire Terrier and Wolf Hybrid. Dogs with a history of biting are restricted.
Pets in shared areas
Pets must be leashed outside the apartment, and waste must be removed immediately. The published policy lists $150 for a first violation and $250 for a second.
