Greenspoint at Paradise Valley offers three one-bedroom layouts from 653 to 756 square feet and two two-bedroom designs. Driftwood provides two bedrooms with one bathroom in 884 square feet; Evergreen adds a second bathroom and spans 1,001 square feet. Homes have a washer and dryer, walk-in closets, central air conditioning and a patio or balcony. Selected apartments add vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace or wood-style flooring.

The community pairs a pool and hot tub with a 24-hour fitness center, picnic areas and Amazon Hub package lockers. Dogs have an on-site park and washing station. Cat and dog households can have two pets with a combined weight of no more than 75 pounds. Carport parking and CORT furniture rental are separate options.
