Townhomes on the Park offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, one-bedroom lofts and two-bedroom casitas on Paradise Village Parkway West. Washers and dryers are included in every home, along with dedicated in-unit storage. The published home features include air conditioning, ceiling fans, a dishwasher, refrigerator and stove, with carpeted bedrooms and vinyl flooring in the main living areas. Private balconies or large patios provide outdoor space, and selected homes have private yards.

One covered parking space is included with each home. Additional uncovered spaces are available, and guests may use unassigned parking. The community has a swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, a fitness center and barbecue areas. Homes are offered unfurnished. Pets are not permitted; approved service and emotional-support animals are welcomed under the community’s assistance-animal policy.
