Enclave at Paradise Valley has Alcove and Retreat one-bedroom homes alongside the two-bedroom, two-bathroom Preserve design. The options include renovated variants and a furnished Retreat. Full-size washers and dryers are included in every apartment, with stainless-steel appliances, faux wood flooring, central air conditioning and ceiling fans among the home features.

Each apartment is assigned one covered parking space; uncovered spaces are first come, first served. The fitness center operates 24 hours, while the pool and deck are open daily from 8am to 10pm. Shared spaces include a game room, clubhouse, barbecue island, bike racks and Amazon package lockers. Quiet hours start after 10pm, and guests can stay up to seven days before arranging a longer visit with the office.
