I really enjoy living here! The community is beautiful and well-kept. I’m especially grateful that they welcomed my husky, since it can be difficult to find apartments that are accepting of the breed. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, pet-friendly place to call home!

Aspire Desert West
Very nice and very respectful gave us a tour unit was clean everything looked nice I would recommend these apartments and the office people are very nice
The place is not that bad! The manager Karla is very polite and friendly. She is always available to listen to our complaints or requests. On the other hand, homeless people enter the property like if it was their own and go dumping at any time of the day, the pool is most of the time closed because some neighbors vandalize it, they toss food in the pool and Noone is responsible for the damage. During the winter season, there was a leak on the roof, and the ceiling was leaking as well. They repaired the roof, but the ceiling wasn't repaired, so there's a bulge on the ceiling. My son's bicycle was stolen a week ago from downstairs, which means this is not a secure place. Anyway, it would be a great idea to install cameras all over the complex so that way we find out who is vandalizing the pool and stealing our kids' stuff, we deserve to live secured cause the rent here is not cheap.
Manager has been very kind and patient with me! He took the time to show me around and provided best options that suited my needs . He also speaks Spanish ❤️
I've had a great experience living at Aspire Desert West. The management team is responsive and professional, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The grounds are well-kept, and I feel safe in the neighborhood. My unit is clean and modern, with all the amenities I need. Parking is usually easy, and the neighbors are generally respectful. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.
