Alloy Midtown

4.3

My stay at Alloy Midtown was absolutely outstanding, and Volkan and Chelsea made it even better. They are truly exceptional hosts who care about quality and the guest experience. The unit was stunning — beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and finished with high-end touches throughout. Everything felt upscale and thoughtfully curated, from the furnishings to the overall ambiance. It was the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. Volkan and Chelsea were incredibly attentive and easy to communicate with. They made sure every detail was handled and that my stay was smooth from beginning to end. It’s clear they take immense pride in their properties and in creating a five-star experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again. If you’re considering staying here, do it — you won’t be disappointed!

The rooms are in the apartment building next door to where you check in. When you walk into the parking garage, there are stairs leading to the door that will lead you inside. It is past the door with a pass code that says "Exit". I saw someone make the same mistake as me. Had I known that other people had the same issue, I would have taken a photo of the door. The room is completely set up for a long-term stay. I liked it. It was comfortable. I liked that the HVAC in the bedroom is separate from the rest of the unit. It is possible for you to hear the neighbors (tenants and other hotel guests), but the layout helps out. I had a corner unit and could only hear the neighbor in the middle of the day when I was in the living room. I could not hear anything when I was in the bedroom.

We absolutely love living at Alloy Midtown! The staff here is exceptionally friendly and always goes above and beyond to help. The apartments themselves are luxurious, brand new, impeccably clean, and truly feel like home. From the modern amenities to the welcoming atmosphere, everything about Alloy Midtown exceeds expectations. If you’re not calling this place home, you’re definitely missing out!

I had an incredible experience staying at Alloy Midtown, and I can’t say enough great things about Volkan and Chelsea. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was perfect. Their units are absolutely beautiful — modern, spotless, thoughtfully designed, and truly top-notch in every way. You can tell they take pride in maintaining a high standard. Every detail felt intentional, and the space was both luxurious and comfortable. Volkan and Chelsea made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Their communication was clear and prompt, and they went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find hosts who combine style, quality, and exceptional service so effortlessly. I would stay again without hesitation and highly recommend booking with them. Five stars all the way!

I had a very disappointing experience at Alloy Midtown and would absolutely not recommend this property, especially if you’re staying through Airbnb. Upon arrival, we were given a room that was clearly not properly cleaned. There was hair in the shower, mildew residue, shoe prints and streaks on the kitchen and living room floors, broken appliances, and visible dust and debris in the corners throughout the apartment. It was obvious the unit had not been thoroughly cleaned or inspected. When we reported this to the front desk, the young woman assisting us (she was wearing glasses) was extremely unfriendly, unwelcoming, and dismissive. There was no apology, no empathy, and no sense of care for the situation. We even provided photos as proof, and she didn’t bother to look at them or acknowledge the issues at all. Her attitude made an already frustrating situation worse — she didn’t smile once and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying guests. Please be advised, her unfriendly demeanor was noticed from the time we approached the property, prior to our complaint. We were eventually moved to another room, which was in better condition, but still not up to the standard expected of a rental property. At that point, we really didn’t want to stay at all, but did so only because our stay was very short. Overall, the place felt unclean, unwelcoming, and poorly managed. I strongly advise Alloy Midtown to hire a better cleaning company, invest in new furniture that isn’t falling apart, and employ front desk staff who actually want to be at their job and treat guests with basic courtesy. I’m honestly surprised by the positive reviews — but I guess everyone’s standards are different. Unfortunately, this was not a pleasant experience, and I definitely would not stay here again.
