The Lofts at Westgate

I’ve had a great experience living at The Lofts at Westgate, this being my 3rd year here. The biggest reason is the management team, especially Alex. She is truly one of the best property managers I’ve ever worked with. She knows residents by name, is always available when you need her, and genuinely cares about the people who live here. It’s clear she takes pride in making this community a great place to call home. The property itself is always well maintained. The gym is clean and well kept, the community spaces are consistently spotless and the entire building reflects the attention and care the staff puts into it. Maintenance requests are handled professionally and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. If you’re looking for an apartment where the staff truly cares about the residents and the property is kept in excellent condition, I highly recommend The Lofts at Westgate. Alex and the team do an outstanding job and it shows every day.

After touring several places since moving back to Arizona, I stumbled upon this hidden gem! From the start, the leasing manager, Alex, made it feel like home. The clubhouse is fantastic, offering spaces for the kids to play and providing a cozy spot to relax and spend time. The location is unbeatable, with everything conveniently within walking distance. I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments to everyone, regardless of age!

We've lived at The Lofts at Westgate for seven years and couldn't be happier! The professionalism and care from the entire team truly stand out. Alex, the manager, is always responsive and upbeat and committed to make sure residents are well taken care of. We especially appreciate the exceptional multi-layered security throughout the property with controlled access monitoring and secured underground parking. Maintenance is outstanding! Tony is knowledgeable efficient and quick to respond. When we needed a new microwave he said it would take four days, but had it delivered and installed in three. He quickly diagnosis and fixes issues with impressive skill! We highly recommend the Lofts at Westgate to anyone looking for a secure well-maintained and welcoming community!

The location is great with a lot to do nearby. It’s really nice having so many restaurants, bars, and things to do within walking distance. Alex, the building manager, genuinely cares about her residents, and she and her team are always happy to help however they can. The apartments themselves are very nice and modern with tons of natural light and an amazing view if you get the right one. It’s a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

I was shocked by how amazing the lofts team is. The communication from them is incredible. My move in experience wasn’t great, there were issues with the apartment that were not resolved prior to moving in. As soon as I contacted maintenance Tony was super responsive and took care of everything! He always kept me updated which I highly appreciated. Alex is awesome! I can’t thank her enough for all she has done for us! She communicates well, listens, and is very professional.
