I normally don’t leave reviews, but after living here, I feel people deserve to know what they’re walking into. The overall cleanliness of the property has been a major and ongoing issue. The hallways and stairwells are consistently messy, with trash, discarded clothing, stains, and other debris left behind on a regular basis. It’s not a one-time thing — it’s a constant problem. There are neighbors who smoke in the stairwells, and the smell often carries into the building. On top of that, some people leave piles of trash right outside their entrance doors, which attracts pests and makes the building feel extremely unkept. The stairwells frequently have dog feces, urine, and even throw up, making it unpleasant and unsanitary to walk through. Not to mention failure the have the doors secured and closed. The dumpsters are often overflowing, and trash ends up scattered around the property instead of being maintained properly. Inside my unit, I’ve dealt with a never-ending ant problem, even after multiple attempts to clean, treat, and submit work orders. Maintenance responses can be slow, and some issues drag on without proper resolution. This could be a decent place to live with better management and enforcement, but as it stands, the overall environment feels neglected, unclean, and poorly maintained. This has been my honest experience so far. I feel as if the price I’m paying to live here certain things should definitely be looked into and upkept. Update: 1/16/2026 We got charged $25 for crocs being outside of the apartment during business hours because it’s not a good look for the community. When I brought to the attention of feces and blunt wrappers and trash bags being outside and dumpsters being overfilled I was met with they are processing that. Also, when asked how many times have I violated this instance I was met with a hang up in my face not an actual resolution. Obviously professionalism is not in the best interest of the community along with their primary concern being wether or not your crocs are inside your apartment then the actual health of the community. The front gate has been broken since a week before Christmas so going on a month now. Trash continues to overflow and not to mention the halls are disgusting, but I guess walking inside with my crocs is okay.

We love living at GLEN 91. It is conveniently located to nearby shopping and food. The office staff is as helpful as possible and sweet and they host a lot of fun community events down in the lobby. All of the residents seem to be kind and courteous.

The staff at the leasing office was approachable and attentive during the entire application process. On the day I moved in, all the paperwork was prepared, and picking up the keys was a breeze. I received a welcome packet that contained all the essential details, such as the gate code and the hours for amenities. I highly recommend residing here. My experience moving in was extremely positive, and the staff has been wonderful. They treat you like family not just a tenant. The community is well-maintained, and my apartment I love my apartment

Just two days ago someone putting little rocks to keep entry secured door ajar or propped open for potential unwelcomed visitors or non-tenants to enter residential area hallways are unacceptable and actually a concern for safety for all paying residents. Who is the security firm or company checking for such things on the property? Hold the security company accountable! I also saw food that was apparently dumped in the stairwell by someone --those in the assigned department should be responsible. Don't know what the law in Arizona states about cameras but upkeep and residents safety and security should be the priority. Lastly, you have a top notch on-site team in the Welcome Center and manager working with prospective new tenants. Thank you! My stay has been good to not yet very good yet!

Can’t believe I have to leave a review about this apartment complex. I had an order delivered to my front door at 12 PM today, I called the office to see if they could get my package while I was at work. Their third party answering people picked up the phone I spoke to a woman named Katherine I believe and she told me she would pass off the message to the leasing office. I get home and surprise my package is no longer in my front door. When I went to the front office to see if they had it there they told me they never received a package and no message was sent to them. I asked if I could speak to the girl I spoke to earlier and they mentioned that there isn’t a direct line for me to contact them. The property is nice but ever since more people moved in it’s gone down. Doors to get into the building that require a key to get in have been broken to the point where anybody can just open the door and walk in. Had to file a police report because it’s crazy that even at my own home ( a place here I’m supposed to feel safe) things like this happen. People don’t respect the property, they’ll take glass into the pool, and the pool will close for all of us residents. It says it’s a non smoking community but it seems everyday I get home and the hallways reek of weed. Probably won’t renew lease here and look elsewhere unfortunately.
