Broadstone Westgate

My experience so far has been wonderful! I’ve been working with Zarron, Jay, and Vianca and they’ve all been incredibly helpful. The community is kept clean and very quiet. I appreciate the limited access via the front gates as well as the access to buildings/elevators. I toured about 5 other apartments in this area, but Broadstone stood out to me the most with the available amenities and security features. I haven’t run into any issues yet!

Broadstone Westgate truly stands out from every apartment community I’ve lived in. The entire team—from management to maintenance—is incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely people-focused. I’ve been here for 5+ months and can tell that they truly care about their residents and take pride in maintaining a high standard of living. What makes this community special is the level of care and attention you receive. Everyone is kind, respectful, and willing to go the extra mile. After living in several apartments, I can confidently say this team is the best I’ve experienced. Highly recommend Broadstone Westgate.

As someone currently searching for an apartment, my experience with the staff at Broadstone Westgate has truly stood out. From the moment I started interacting with the team, everyone was attentive, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Vianca, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond. She was extremely helpful over the phone, took the time to explain the community in detail, and made sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. When I came into the office for the first time, Zarron, the Leasing Agent, was very busy, yet still made time to assist me. He was patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the community. He made sure I saw the apartment and clearly explained everything, which I really appreciated. Jay, the Manager, was also very helpful and professional. It’s clear that this team works well together and genuinely cares about providing great service. This is definitely one of the best teams I’ve encountered during my apartment search, and that says a lot. Strong management and a knowledgeable staff make a huge difference, and Broadstone Westgate truly delivers.

I’ve been here for almost 5 months now and am still so happy I chose to call this home! I put in for a couple maintenance requests on Saturday, nothing urgent and they were there Sunday afternoon taking care of it! Staff truly want to make sure you’re happy in your home and it’s simply one of the best apartments & staff!

Best apartment community in Glendale! The floorplans are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and everything is kept clean and well-maintained. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff—they're incredible. Always going above and beyond, they genuinely care about the residents and the community.
