Our experience in the first half of 2022 was difficult We had to break our lease in order to purchase a house and all the necessary procedures were completed and we informed them two months ahead of time We received word from their office that they would not be putting the property up for rent so we stayed until June 29th However two months after moving out they sent us an email asking for 15 days worth of rent for July even though they had supposedly found a tenant after 15 days Despite trying to reason with upper management and their office staff nobody took responsibility or was willing to talk to us instead they just kept sending threats that they would take us to legal authorities if we did not pay up Furthermore when we initially moved into unit 105 it had been renovated however within a month cockroaches and gaps in the kitchen began appearing throughout the entire apartment The staff changes frequently so no one is ever held accountable for tenants requests or scenarios To sum it up do not recommend this place especially not to students as the management here is chaotic and makes life more complicated than it needs to be more ... hide ...

Im living in a cockroachinfested building in a bachelor unit and the bathtub drain is shared with my neighbors kitchen sink When I need to take a bath but the drain is clogged with my neighbors greasy food waste sewage will back up into my tub This time I called an oncall number and was told by the dispatched man that it would be difficult to get a plumber because everyone was on vacation As a tenant paying full rent regardless of holidays this was not an acceptable excuse for not providing prompt service when needed Instead of being told that repairs may take some time due to vacations tenants should be informed that help will arrive right away no matter when they call Moreover after receiving no estimate as to when the plumber would come I had to follow up myself The actual dispatcher and plumber were polite and professional however my rating is based on negative customer service from the initial call as well as the unescapable musty smell of cockroaches present in the unitbuilding more ... hide ...

When I came to view the apartment they told me one price but then called back two days later to say it was much higher which was dishonest On the day I moved in there were cockroaches everywhere my apartment and hallway I called management multiple times but nothing changed We have a suspicious neighbor who has different men coming to their apartment daily even on weekends that look completely different They stay for a few minutes then leave when I approach them they act like theyre going into another apartment until I enter mine One time this person opened my door Feeling unsafe unfortunately I signed a 1 year lease already The old management reported them and so will I too These neighbors also leave huge garbage bags in front of the elevator doors expecting someone to take it down which attracts more roaches plus walls are cracked and paint is bubbling everywhere The balcony is falling apart with patches of cement fixing it up recently the building was bought by another company doing noisy renovations without any notice you can hear the noise throughout he building Do not sign any lease here more ... hide ...

My fianc and I had an enjoyable stay here in our apartment At the end of the month we will be relocating however when we were searching for a place to rent last year this was by far the best one that we saw The building is cleaned regularly with a pleasant smell in the elevator and wellmaintained washerdryer units The staff particularly the landlady was very friendly and welcoming I would bump into her sometimes and she would always ask how things were going Although there were several positive aspects of our stay here some issues made it less than ideal for us primarily due to cost as it was expensive for its size with my fianc and me plus our babycat occupying it Additionally during wintertime it can get too hot inside since theres a sensor on top of the building which makes everything hotter when outside temperatures decrease even with an open window at 20 outside my babys room could still reach 30C There is no assigned parking either so if my fianc finished late at night he had to park way on the other side in visitors parking which is especially troublesome during wintertime Lastly another challenge posed by this apartment was its slow elevator within the building itself Despite these four issues that didnt work out for us this location has many advantages including being close to everything else making it decent overall if you can manage those problems mentioned above more ... hide ...
