This is the ideal place if you want a secure and low-cost residence with a great staff and clean building. My experience is that when I need any kind of repair, such as wall socket, pipe fix or clogged drain, help arrives in 12 hours tops. The problem is solved within 24. Two summers ago there was a leak that affected my apartment's flooring; however, the building personnel had it all fixed in no time! They are always on top of cleaning the premises to prevent bad odors or marks in elevators or stairwells which many other buildings tend to overlook. The staff members are friendly and genuinely care about their tenants; they have even thrown picnics for special occasions! Before moving here I used to be scared of potential bed bug infestations, cockroaches and issues with maintenance; but luckily I haven’t had any problems since living here so I highly recommend it!
