I strongly advise you not to move here! This place may be inexpensive, but it is very poor quality. It is unclean and poorly maintained. The building doesn't have enough power to keep appliances such as TVs and air conditioners running; they frequently shut off! Plus, there are a TON of cockroaches everywhere! We called the office four times to get them sprayed but they only took care of our apartment--not the entire building, so the roaches kept coming back. Mice were scurrying around my apartment too, I even found one in there! The hot water doesn't work half of the time and the AC isn't suitable for summer either. And don't even get me started on all the roaches in the washing machines! Please if possible avoid this place completely; it's not worth it unless you're desperate. Your experience will be very unpleasant and you'll regret moving here. UPDATE: The lack of electricity has damaged my computer beyond repair, yet they won’t take responsibility for that either. I still urge you strongly not to move here as this landlord is an utter moron with no brains whatsoever.
