I have been living at 1285 for over a year now and it has been great; the view from my balcony is lovely, the management is responsive and friendly, and there are no bad smells in the hallways. The only downside is that their whirl pool has not been working for a few years. In August 2022 I upgraded to a two bedroom unit which was renovated and spacious. When I reported issues with stinky neighbors, the management took action right away. Unfortunately, they still haven't fixed their whirl pool yet.
