Having stayed at Rockcliffe Arms apts. for 19 years, I can confirm it is an ideal residence for seniors. Security is first-rate and the premises are spotless and well-maintained. Whenever I've had any issues, major or minor, they have always been addressed promptly and satisfactorily. For instance, when there was a major water leak in November 2020 in the early morning hours, Dave responded quickly and remedied the problem within a few hours. Additionally, Gaetane is by far the most amicable and considerate manager I've encountered during my tenure at Rockcliffe Arms. Dave and Gaetane make an incredible team; efficient, professional, cognizant of tenants' needs - Osgood Properties should be proud to have them as their employees! Wishing all a Merry Christmas with hopes that 2021 brings back normalcy to everyone's life.
