Advantages: Management is attentive to any problems, close to Mud Lake and Britannia for outdoor activities, three elevators so no waiting is required, and spacious apartments with good layouts. Disadvantages: Small kitchen relative to the size of the apartment, thin walls where neighbors can be heard doing daily activities, many dogs in the building which leads to excessive barking.
