We moved into this building in 2021 and the movein process was very smooth the management had communicated exactly what needed to be done for us to transition in Our unit was updated with a modern kitchen which I love because of its open concept and presence of a dishwasher which not all apartments have The lobby and hallways are always kept clean and our neighbours are friendly as well The building is pet friendly too We havent had any problems but if we do have small issues the management tends to it right away Its close to groceries banks restaurants TTC buses as well as Leslie subway station All in all I am very pleased with my experience here I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends more ... hide ...

The city needs to investigate this building management as I am in the process of filing a formal complaint After living here for almost two decades I have witnessed the decline to now hazardous and unfit living conditions which is why Im leaving Examples include roaches bugs ants bedbugs and spiders numerous changes in management who are unable to do their job properly due to language barriers lack of recordkeeping for rent payments unsanitary common areas because of the number of families with young children and continual hot water and heater problems To avoid similar troubles pay more money upfront and live in a place that wont prematurely stress you out more ... hide ...

I lived in the apartments here decades ago and the heat was unbearable hotter than a fusion reactor or even the surface of the sun It was absolute madness difficult to move breathe and think The cabinets were from Louis XIVs era No way would I ever go back into one of those units Id rather be in a North Korean prison camp After I left they did do some upgr 2022-10-26T13:32:30Z

Don't spend your hardearned money here The service is poor and the building management doesnt seem to care The conditions are not suitable for living Ive had issues with hot water and cold air coming in through the windows making it impossible to use the heater When I contacted Cognir Management for help they would just tell me they would inform their Region 2022-10-26T15:02:18Z

I highly suggest relocating here My family has been living at 500 Murray Ross Parkway for 5 years and we just adore it You can get a breathtaking view of the ravine from North York plus the subway is very close As a woman I feel safe day or night due to surveillance cameras and using tags instead of keys for entry The gym opens up at 530am not an easy task A 2022-10-10T06:02:19Z
