We moved into this building in 2021 and the move-in process was very smooth; the management had communicated exactly what needed to be done for us to transition in. Our unit was updated with a modern kitchen, which I love because of its open concept and presence of a dishwasher (which not all apartments have). The lobby and hallways are always kept clean and our neighbours are friendly as well. The building is pet friendly too! We haven't had any problems, but if we do have small issues, the management tends to it right away. It's close to groceries, banks, restaurants, TTC buses, as well as Leslie subway station. All in all I am very pleased with my experience here; I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!
