We are currently living in this apartment building which has recently seen a breakin that cost us 5000 worth of valuables I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the poor state of this residence What we pay for monthly is not at all worth it if I could give less than one star I would The apartments have inadequate ventilation and only two windows that open about seven inches wide in summertime there is a fly problem both dead and alive in the stairwell Furthermore the other tenants are extremely nosy resulting in an uncomfortable living situation The outdoor parking provided by the building is terrible don't be fooled by claims of underground parking and during winter time its especially difficult to find a spot as snow plowing isn't being done when spots become vacant as expected Also rent continues to increase beyond national inflation rates without any improvement in services provided or timely repairs despite promises made otherwise notice may be given for any disruptions but resolution never follows through This message comes from an unhappy current resident more ... hide ...

I lived in the apartments here decades ago and the heat was unbearable hotter than a fusion reactor or even the surface of the sun It was absolute madness difficult to move breathe and think The cabinets were from Louis XIVs era No way would I ever go back into one of those units Id rather be in a North Korean prison camp After I left they did do some upgr 2022-10-26T13:32:30Z

Living in this building is not easy A hidden sign at Apartment 280 and an unwalkable access at the entrance presents difficulty for drivers Plus the two nice patios at the end of the higher level are not accessible though some have a lovely walkout with their own flowers and lawn For me who uses a specialized wheelchair I was promised an accessible apartment 2022-11-01T14:32:17Z
Living in this building is not easy A hidden sign at Apartment 280 and an unwalkable access at the entrance presents difficulty for drivers Plus the two nice patios at the end of the higher level are not accessible though some have a lovely walkout with their own flowers and lawn For me who uses a specialized wheelchair I was promised an accessible apartment but it is anything but I am stuck in a hospital bedroom and no one can hear me promises to adapt all taps were made but with such bad water pressure my hair is brittle after using it and our clothes are becoming ruined It looks like dirty rust instead of drinkable water Ill never be able to get into kitchen or toilets as bars need to be installed and walls knocked down just so that I can reach the fridge Despite this hardship people living here seem nice as do the workers thank you more ... hide ...

I often visit my senior friend who lives at Hamilton Place and she seems content Maintained and spotless the building has a pleasant main floor seating area and a sunroom on the second level it is so inviting Additionally there is an event room and the apartments have ample bedrooms with lots of natural light The personnel are approachable as well as there b 2022-10-14T12:02:18Z
