This apartment is spotless and freshly painted It comes with a fully stocked kitchen featuring a functioning oven and refrigerator The bathroom has a shower inside the tub and there are washing machines and dryers in the basement The management provides excellent service

Don't spend your hardearned money here The service is poor and the building management doesnt seem to care The conditions are not suitable for living Ive had issues with hot water and cold air coming in through the windows making it impossible to use the heater When I contacted Cognir Management for help they would just tell me they would inform their Region 2022-10-26T15:02:18Z

I highly suggest relocating here My family has been living at 500 Murray Ross Parkway for 5 years and we just adore it You can get a breathtaking view of the ravine from North York plus the subway is very close As a woman I feel safe day or night due to surveillance cameras and using tags instead of keys for entry The gym opens up at 530am not an easy task All my packages are left right outside my doorstep untouched Maintenance requests are handled through an easytouse portal Because Ive been working from home during this pandemic Im able to observe how efficiently everything runs like clockwork They even organized doortodoor vaccination clinics for residents And youll see cleaners in the morning that say hi when they pass by The management office is incredibly understanding they attentively listen and provide practical solutions with compassion which isn't always easy to come by these days On top of that the third parties Capreit brings in are professional and courteous another sign of their high standards for residents employees and partners alike Hope to see you around soon more ... hide ...

I have resided in this place for a year and I must say its the most terrible area in North York Bugs and pests are an ongoing issue Parking is only outside though they do have indoor parking which is never accessible because people use it to store their possessions The lot is usually filled up with strangers that are drinking and smoking lingering around the 2022-10-27T20:02:19Z

This place is good overall Parking is quite roomy and theres a nice division between permanent tenants and those renting per day 10 Its very peaceful indoors and out in the hallway but when the windowspatio door are opened it gets quite loud The view from where I am 15th is remarkable I can see the park The elevator isn't used often and goes updown quickly P 2022-09-21T12:02:17Z
This place is good overall Parking is quite roomy and theres a nice division between permanent tenants and those renting per day 10 Its very peaceful indoors and out in the hallway but when the windowspatio door are opened it gets quite loud The view from where I am 15th is remarkable I can see the park The elevator isn't used often and goes updown quickly People don't interact much with each other which suits me There are mostly young adults here not any children thankfully Its a 3minute walk to TTC Yorkdale station 5 minutes to the mall or highway not much traffic either Its great for walking dogs as its quiet around here Despite no direct sunlight it gets really hot inside even in winter so you don't need to turn on heaters no idea why though The front desk staff arent helpful at all but property management is alright mostly good anyway Unfortunately Freedom Mobile reception is bad whereas BellRogers has good signal strength Rally internet provider for local connection costs about 50 monthly with 1gbps speed no contract required Security has been better since they brought in a new guy during day time he seems nice enough however garage door breaks often which is irritatingly annoying Also gym here needs renovation as its among worst ones ever seen in condos worldwide You can hear TTC rumbling while using washroom or oven more ... hide ...
