Residents at Pivot Apartments are always pleased with their stay. The amenities are kept clean and the staff is friendly. Brand new, pet-friendly units are well-designed, so it was a blessing to find this place and to have Cecelia as our leasing manager. She took the time to learn about us and made sure we felt at home. Before moving in, she kept us updated and answered all our queries. When we arrived, she gave us a tour of the space and has since been helping us adjust to living there. The front desk staff is also welcoming; they make sure we feel safe here. All in all, we highly recommend Pivot Apartments!

I am ecstatic to have stumbled upon this property in the midst of my search for a place to live. Situated in the heart of North York, this recently built rental building is incredibly convenient as it has a grocery store and subway access connected directly to it. Not only that, but I get an incredible view of the city and sunset from here. The amenities are modern and up-to-date. What was most impressive, though, was Nahar who acted as my leasing manager; he was extremely respectful and professional while making sure I had everything I needed. All the other staff members have been nothing but kind too! In conclusion, there isn't anything I would change about my decision - I am completely content with where I chose to stay!

I stayed at 561 Sherbourne Street Toronto for 8 months and I have conflicting feelings about it It worked for my needs but I wouldnt stay there again Initially they said the minimum stay was 8 months but when I arrived there were people with shorter leases than mine They advertise that they match you with people who share similar interests however this wasnt 2023-02-13T22:30:04Z
I stayed at 561 Sherbourne Street Toronto for 8 months and I have conflicting feelings about it It worked for my needs but I wouldnt stay there again Initially they said the minimum stay was 8 months but when I arrived there were people with shorter leases than mine They advertise that they match you with people who share similar interests however this wasnt true as they only matched me by gender My purpose in Toronto was to work and yet I was grouped with English students who were just there for fun quite stressful It wouldve been much better had they taken into consideration the profile and purpose of those sharing the apartment together The socalled manager Albert should not be in that role as he is not actually hired by Harrington he is an undergraduate student studying exams and his responses are either delayed or nonexistent unless money is involved Sinan from their financebooking team also took a long time to answer my emails or would ignore them altogether Asye from the cleaning team was a welcome exception though as she always cleaned when someone new moved in unfortunately you never knew who The units are new however my room the deluxe dorm was somewhat small while the shared area was too tiny for 4 people since they made one of the living rooms an extra bedroom additionally you don't know ahead of time if 3 or 4 will be living together TV worked even though Netflix wasnt included like promised wifi only went down once during more ... hide ...
