Do not move into this building; it is one of the worst possible places you could ever choose. Elevators are rarely working, laundry machines are always malfunctioning, and they don't bother to fix anything unless you contact the city. Even then, they charge you for repairs that should have been their responsibility in the first place. There is also a lack of cameras and packages are often stolen due to this. Moreover, there is a major roach problem that persists within this complex. All this management has is audacity - save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to live!

The city needs to investigate this building management, as I am in the process of filing a formal complaint. After living here for almost two decades, I have witnessed the decline to now hazardous and unfit living conditions which is why I'm leaving. Examples include: roaches, bugs, ants, bedbugs and spiders; numerous changes in management who are unable to do their job properly due to language barriers; lack of record-keeping for rent payments; unsanitary common areas because of the number of families with young children; and continual hot water and heater problems. To avoid similar troubles, pay more money upfront and live in a place that won't prematurely stress you out.
