The maintenance service I have received from Meadowlands apartments has been the WORST in my three years of living there Six months ago they required me to list items that needed repair Afterward all communication ceased I was unable to reach Parkwood Hill office due to a new system and the helpline gave no help saying only that a coordinator would call me back but this never happened Finally after three months with no response the coordinator called and said she would check on my request but again nothing came of it In addition they took too long to fix my kitchen faucet issue so much so that they had to replace the countertop Even though I like this apartment complex and its community I am extremely unhappy with its management more ... hide ...

Ive been living in an Accora Village townhouse for over five years and while service requests were once terribly handled ignored slow responses untrained personnel the situation has improved I cant comment on the amenities since I don't use them The Resident Experience Managers lack training and don't know basic bylaws Parking spaces are often blocked or misused but security is unwilling to ticket people Garbage is thrown around bins because tenants cant be bothered to lift lids and put bags inside Tenant selection isn't ideal either however due to legal guidelines its not something Accora can change Managements priorities seem off too despite past complaints about vehicle vandalism no surveillance cameras have been installed due to cost and gun shots have been heard twice with third party security seemingly doing nothing but sitting in their cars rather than investigate The biggest issue though is local children making noise they run around common areas playing soccer and kicking balls into back yards all against our lease agreement stating tenants must act respectfully towards other residents yet when security comes out its already dark so they miss them every time Letters sent home to parents don't seem to be helping either some parents let their kids run wild when theres a park right across the street For Accora to take this seriously stronger enforcement needs to happen such as finding out where the children live then speaking with parents or eviction may need consideration through more ... hide ...

Its been about a decade since I relocated to 91 Valley Stream Drive and I am quite pleased with the place The exterior and interior of the building are in great condition and the apartment rooms are spacious with several new renovations Prices are also similar to other properties of this age The superintendent is knowledgeable friendly and competent while maintenance staff is also reliable Although the windows and air conditioningheating systems could use some improvement for energy efficiency which makes utilities more costly for tenants nevertheless Minto has been an excellent choice to rent from although its no longer exclusively run by them which has caused some changes in management that can be troublesome at times Nonetheless overall its wellmanaged with residents who are typically mature and respectful of one another Hopefully Ill still be able to call this place my home for many years ahead more ... hide ...
