I have been a resident of 1800 Baseline for more than two years and I find it to be an affordable housing option with great staff, such as service coordinator Kristen Van Den Ham. She ensures that regular maintenance of the units is taken care of. Though people may criticize Minto apartments for their cleanliness and hygiene, many times it is because residents are not taking care of their trash and are creating the mess themselves; Minto is not to blame in this situation. Additionally, there have been complaints about bed bug inspection, fire alarm drills, etc., which are all necessary obligations in order for landlords to check for faults/repairs in Ontario apartment buildings.
