I resided at 30 Eleanor Drive for nine years, and it was a great experience! The staff, Chris, Rob and James were very kind and accommodating; Greg Mulder of the management team on Kent St., proved to be understanding when I had requests. It's also pet-friendly, so my German Shepherd Zelda loves saying hello to people in the elevator or around the property - especially James. My grandkids love going to swim in the pool during summertime with its great lifeguards! My apartment was a sanctuary for me; I will miss it dearly.

I moved to 30 Eleanor Drive in December 2020, and the building is wonderful. It has a gym, pool, pet-friendly policy, and I think it has a shared BBQ space. However, there is one major downside to this building - it isn't soundproof. On my second night after moving in I heard my neighbor drilling at almost midnight! I called the office to complain about this strange occurrence and since then the noise levels have decreased slightly. Even though there's still some noise, as long as I'm not sitting in the living room it's bearable - except for when my upstairs neighbor turns on their TV at 6am! For that reason, I sleep with earplugs every night. If you're someone who is sensitive to noise then this may not be the ideal spot for you. Apart from that issue everything else seems ok for now.
