The maintenance service I have received from Meadowlands apartments has been the WORST in my three years of living there. Six months ago, they required me to list items that needed repair. Afterward, all communication ceased; I was unable to reach Parkwood Hill office due to a new system and the helpline gave no help, saying only that a coordinator would call me back (but this never happened). Finally, after three months with no response, the coordinator called and said she would check on my request but again nothing came of it. In addition, they took too long to fix my kitchen faucet issue so much so that they had to replace the countertop. Even though I like this apartment complex and its community, I am extremely unhappy with its management.
