A terrible experience overall. At 8 Timberline, the Property Manager was friendly up until I moved in. Afterwards, it was incredibly disappointing how I was disregarded. It took months for a dishwasher to arrive and a month without a washing machine; the window leaked when it rained and my tickets were simply closed. Moving out, they accessed my unit using false "pre-move out" inspection tickets and did "post move out work" for the next tenants but refused to let me off my lease early. My belongings were in trash bags with the workers' lunch garbage, with an expensive item missing too. Highly discouraged from going through this situation; DO NOT recommend!
