If youre someone who loves cockroaches this apartment rental is perfect for you When I visited a friends place one evening we had just stepped in and switched on the lights when we saw at least 20 of them in the kitchen area Each day she says she kills 510 but they keep reappearing Management was informed but didnt do anything about it The renovations done h 2022-10-27T03:32:17Z
If youre someone who loves cockroaches this apartment rental is perfect for you When I visited a friends place one evening we had just stepped in and switched on the lights when we saw at least 20 of them in the kitchen area Each day she says she kills 510 but they keep reappearing Management was informed but didnt do anything about it The renovations done here are also subpar washing machines don't wash properly and dryers don't dry clothes either not very useful All the best to whoever decides to stay here more ... hide ...

I was employed through Timbercreek for a temporary position in 2019 and its unfortunate to hear about the negative claims of their management and upkeep However from my experience as maintenance worker I can assure you that these extreme accusations are unjustified During my time there I saw plenty of examples of tenants disregarding the rules such as litter 2022-10-27T04:02:18Z
I was employed through Timbercreek for a temporary position in 2019 and its unfortunate to hear about the negative claims of their management and upkeep However from my experience as maintenance worker I can assure you that these extreme accusations are unjustified During my time there I saw plenty of examples of tenants disregarding the rules such as littering cigarette butts and throwing garbage off the balcony Beer bottles in the parking lot were a common sight each morning as well as discarded garbage bags when bins were full Remarkably they still allowed pets in some buildings which is uncommon elsewhere The regional manager went to great lengths to get stoves and fridges for apartments that needed them I had even delivered them myself Furthermore they showed special attention to elderly or disabled tenants by sending me out in harsh weather conditions to shovel around their car so they wouldnt slip Currently working with another company in this field I am still presented with similar circumstances it takes a cooperative effort from both parties management tenants to keep the building clean and safe more ... hide ...

Having lived in this apartment for more than two decades I can proudly say its incredible It is situated off the 401 highway and has a plaza with all the essentials Shopper Drug Mart Fresh co Food basics and eateries such as McDonalds Pizza Pizza and my favorite The Orchard family restaurant The biggest mall in Canada Square One is only a 10minute drive away if you don't have your own transport there is also a bus stop outside of the building Education wont be an issue either Port Credit Secondary School one of Mississaugas top 3 high schools is nearby as well as the Cooksville Library Additionally theres even a TD bank within one kilometer distance The building offers reasonable prices on rent Ive been here since it was affordable and still consider it so due to its superior location Management always responds quickly when I report an issue with doors or ovens etc which makes me very contented with my choice to live here Furthermore they have put effort into improving the lobby by installing new elevators automatic doors and security cameras among other aesthetical elements that make this place feel like home indeed A gym has been added recently too Every suite has its own heating system with adjustable temperatures for you to control at will additionally there is a small monthly fee for parking but that seems fair enough On top of that DMS representatives come around often inviting us tenants so more ... hide ...

The pest issue in this apartment complex is not to be underestimated When I visited the other units cockroaches were everywhere Even though the landlord provided a certificate that pest control had been done before we moved in it was irrelevant because of how much infestation there was everywhere We informed management twice and they sent an exterminator to 2022-09-19T06:32:17Z
The pest issue in this apartment complex is not to be underestimated When I visited the other units cockroaches were everywhere Even though the landlord provided a certificate that pest control had been done before we moved in it was irrelevant because of how much infestation there was everywhere We informed management twice and they sent an exterminator to spray our kitchen but it made no difference and the problem actually worsened It seemed like they had tried to remove them before we arrived for viewing since we immediately noticed the issue after moving in Our unit was newly renovated yet still faced this issue while our neighbors unit which hadnt been renovated faced an even worse situation Everywhere you moved something on the counter or furniture roaches would run away SO IF YOU CAN LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN HERE DO SO more ... hide ...
