I've been a resident of this nice and well-kept, albeit a bit dated building for 3+ years. It's an adult-only environment and rather small, with 18 apartments total and no elevator. Being steps away from Lake Ontario and great eateries is another plus. Vacancies are rare which makes it a great place to stay; there's even a laundry room that doubles as a community library!
I lived in Peter's Apartments for nearly a decade before moving out recently. The slumlord that owns the building is too cheap to call a plumber or qualified service people, causing more problems for the tenants. He also never calls back when contacted about issues. The on-site manager is of no help, and doesn't respond to messages either. Even though part of the rent pays for it, they don't even bother clearing the parking lot when it snows. I think the owner wants us to give up and move out so he can charge more in rent - I would not recommend living here; if allowed, I'd give zero stars.
