For approximately 7 years, we resided in this area and had to move out due to increased family needs. Despite this, we still miss the friendly neighbors and beautiful scenery here. Because of our positive reviews, our relatives now live here. The building management services are outstanding, especially Mr. Khalid Qureshi's role as Resident Manager; he responds quickly to requests and goes above and beyond by bringing the issue up to higher management if necessary. The Centurion Management is doing great work and Mr. Qureshi makes living here truly worthwhile.

I attempted to contact owner A. Garcia, but they avoid speaking with tenants regarding ongoing issues. Therefore, I strongly advise against renting from Centurion; problems will not be resolved if it’s too costly and management will disregard your concerns. At 1175 Dundas Street West, the laundry room has too few functioning machines and the roof is so poorly constructed that it causes loud noises during certain weather conditions. Additionally, one of the two elevators has been out of service for months. To bring attention to this problem, I created an online petition and posted signs in the building for other tenants to sign and share with Centurion properties elsewhere.
