If you're someone who loves cockroaches, this apartment rental is perfect for you! When I visited a friend's place one evening, we had just stepped in and switched on the lights when we saw at least 20 of them in the kitchen area. Each day she says she kills 5-10 but they keep reappearing. Management was informed but didn't do anything about it. The renovations done here are also subpar; washing machines don't wash properly and dryers don't dry clothes either - not very useful. All the best to whoever decides to stay here!
