It's been a year, and yet the roach infestation issue has still not been fixed. Management has lied to tenants, and all attempts to contact them via email or call have gone unanswered. The bare minimum of what's required by law is done in response to complaints, but nothing more. Notices are served with minimal days for vacating the apartment, and automated payments are taken from tenants without any prior warning. For the amount of rent being charged it's a total joke. Talking to management does nothing positive either; the stress this building causes isn't worth it at all- which is sad because this used to be a great place to live! Many neighbors have already moved out due to high rents Morgaurd charges now- making their own profit off of tenants' loss.
