Having lived in this apartment for more than two decades, I can proudly say it's incredible. It is situated off the 401 highway and has a plaza with all the essentials: Shopper Drug Mart, Fresh co, Food basics and eateries such as McDonald's, Pizza Pizza, and my favorite - The Orchard family restaurant. The biggest mall in Canada - Square One - is only a 10-minute drive away; if you don't have your own transport there is also a bus stop outside of the building. Education won't be an issue either; Port Credit Secondary School (one of Mississauga's top 3 high schools) is nearby as well as the Cooksville Library. Additionally, there's even a TD bank within one kilometer distance. The building offers reasonable prices on rent; I've been here since it was affordable and still consider it so due to its superior location. Management always responds quickly when I report an issue with doors or ovens etc., which makes me very contented with my choice to live here. Furthermore, they have put effort into improving the lobby by installing new elevators, automatic doors and security cameras among other aesthetical elements that make this place feel like home indeed.
