The pest issue in this apartment complex is not to be underestimated. When I visited the other units, cockroaches were everywhere. Even though the landlord provided a certificate that pest control had been done before we moved in, it was irrelevant because of how much infestation there was everywhere. We informed management twice and they sent an exterminator to spray our kitchen but it made no difference and the problem actually worsened. It seemed like they had tried to remove them before we arrived for viewing since we immediately noticed the issue after moving in. Our unit was newly renovated yet, still faced this issue while our neighbor's unit which hadn't been renovated faced an even worse situation. Everywhere you moved something on the counter or furniture roaches would run away; SO IF YOU CAN LIVE ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN HERE DO SO!!!!
