I am giving this rental experience 1 star which is the minimum required to post a review otherwise I would have given it zero stars It has been the worst experience of my life When I moved in there were many maintenance issues that needed to be addressed I showed them all to the building superintendent multiple times and even opened maintenance requests on their portal Despite this three months have passed and still not a single request has been handled Moreover every time when I call building management they do not respond or answer calls during normal business hours so it takes 1015 calls each time for me to get hold of someone Setting up the buzzer was problematic and obtaining a parking spot was an absolute nightmare as management assigned me one that had already been taken this happened twice and took 10 days for me to get an appropriate spot To sum up if you are looking for somewhere to rent then look elsewhere but not at this building EDIT Details were sent on the email below please ensure appropriate action is taken more ... hide ...

The superintendent was great My daily routine consisted of waking up and getting ready for work then heading downstairs to the office to see if there were any work orders or messages Afterwards we would go begin cleaning the apartment building and at noon break for lunch before coming back in an hour to finish cleaning and check for work orders once more The 2022-10-18T09:02:18Z
The superintendent was great My daily routine consisted of waking up and getting ready for work then heading downstairs to the office to see if there were any work orders or messages Afterwards we would go begin cleaning the apartment building and at noon break for lunch before coming back in an hour to finish cleaning and check for work orders once more The day ended by heading upstairs I acquired knowledge on how to do light maintenance tasks plus how to fill out applications from those wishing to rent an apartment Management was quite equitable while my coworkers were amiable and made me feel accepted when I first started The most difficult aspect of my days was managing the oncall customers that came in at all hours of the night Yet talking with some of the tenants proved pleasurable as some were very kind people This location is super clean and a wonderful place to live youll be well taken care of by the superintendent here more ... hide ...

I cannot express how terrible this building is do not move here Renovations were done quickly and of low quality resulting in things constantly breaking The water pressure is abysmal and the sliding doors they installed don't even work properly The visitors parking situation is a joke if the super Kevyn isn't there you cant get a day pass and will end up getting a ticket from the city What are people supposed to do when they come visit on Sundays Pay for tickets every time Unacceptable This building doesnt care about its residents at all its just a bloodsucking corporation with dirty hallways and balcony doors that always jam To make matters worse there is no backup generator when the power goes out I was stuck in an elevator with my baby for nearly an hour without help MetCap Living is garbage stay away from them unless you want nonstop headaches more ... hide ...

I have lived in this building at 7 Richgrove Drive for 11 years and I am still very happy with the decision My unit is comfortable clean and roomyexactly as I had hoped The property management team is professional and friendly Rowena specifically has been great to interact with Recently I asked Joey one of the superintendents for help cleaning my stove since 2022-11-08T20:02:18Z

The building is in terrible condition since Sterling Kermar and Starlight took over Before a 2 bedroom was around 1200 as recently as 2020 however the new management has driven up rent to almost 1900 with added costs for utilities Roaches are an issue that the management has been ignoring requests to fix they are everywhere in the hallways elevators etc and 2022-09-23T05:32:17Z
