The superintendent was great! My daily routine consisted of waking up and getting ready for work, then heading downstairs to the office to see if there were any work orders or messages. Afterwards, we would go begin cleaning the apartment building and at noon break for lunch before coming back in an hour to finish cleaning and check for work orders once more. The day ended by heading upstairs. I acquired knowledge on how to do light maintenance tasks, plus how to fill out applications from those wishing to rent an apartment. Management was quite equitable while my co-workers were amiable and made me feel accepted when I first started. The most difficult aspect of my days was managing the on-call customers that came in at all hours of the night. Yet, talking with some of the tenants proved pleasurable as some were very kind people. This location is super clean and a wonderful place to live - you'll be well taken care of by the superintendent here!
