I have lived in this building at 7 Richgrove Drive for 11 years, and I am still very happy with the decision. My unit is comfortable, clean and roomy—exactly as I had hoped. The property management team is professional and friendly; Rowena specifically has been great to interact with. Recently I asked Joey, one of the superintendents, for help cleaning my stove since some hard-to-reach areas were grimy. Though he was busy, he came over and opened up those areas so that they could be cleaned properly. All in all, this is an excellent place to live; there are people who have been here for 30 years!

It's strongly advised not to move here, because the laundry top-up machine rarely works, resulting in days without being able to do your laundry; furthermore, all the cooking smells from your neighbors' apartments will waft into yours. The lobby is infested with cockroaches and the intercom system is always malfunctioning. On top of that, you'll be met with rude staff who won't take your complaints seriously. All in all, living here causes excessive stress; thus it is much wiser to find another apartment complex.
