This building is a bug infested unsafe trash heap where tenants from thirdworld countries dump their garbage in the wrong areas and complaints are unheeded My kitchen tap broke and it took them a month to repair I had to get cooking water from the bathroom which was rusty and putrid The vents need to be duct taped over because of cigarette smoke and cannabis being smoked in the halls additionally there are bad dog owners leaving poo all over the grounds dogs running loose in halls including into apartments when they open their doors feces and urine inside elevators etc We pay rent for an indoor pool that is never open or maintained properly plus the laundry room is filthy Surrounded by TCHC crime dens we have trespassers vandals breakins as well as gunplay on the grounds The Russian office woman is rude and uncooperative she spends much of her time gossiping with friends instead of working properly plus Russian tenants are often exempted from certain rules such as leash laws etc The assistant super has mental health issues which cause him to scream at tenants including myself Other staff members try but cant keep up sadly Im stuck here due to my disability preventing me from moving elsewhere due to cost reasons more ... hide ...

I would have given no stars if possible this was one of the worst residential experiences of my life Water shutoffs and maintenance repairs were constant and management did not respond to repair requests or complete them in a timely manner For example there was a water leak in our apartment that took them four months to fix during which the vanity and mirror were taken out and left a hole in the wall all of our bathroom items had to be moved into the bedroom During summertime they refuse to turn on cooling regardless of multiple resident requests with temperatures reaching 30 degrees Celsius inside our home To add insult to injury the leasing office staff are rude apathetic sluggish and unconcerned about residents complaints Many people have gone down there only to be met with indifference On top of all this is their exorbitant rental prices they promised 500 for referrals but its been three months without any payment I highly doubt theyll ever give it I definitely do NOT recommend this place more ... hide ...

I havent moved yet but Im not expecting a good experience in this new place Ive ordered a rollpacked mattress and thin long box bed frame from a furniture store to be delivered on my movein date but they don't fit the time slots Anne Landry the property manager insists that I book the movein elevator Its either too early or too late for me Other furniture st 2022-10-16T12:32:17Z
