Garfella Drive located at 41 has experienced a dramatic decline in standards since Ibrans sold it and Cogir Property Management took over There have been two different owners and three different superintendents none of whom are up to par being very rude and unhelpful This building is riddled with mould and infested with bedbugs roaches and mice requiring a professional to treat the entire building To make matters worse the heat has been turned down in cold weather while water is routinely cut off for extended periods of time The parking lot lights are off making it unsafe to walk outside after dark due to illegal activity that occurs around the clock such as strange people parking in paid tenant spots leaving those tenants stranded The front door lock also never works properly anyone can enter without permission or notice which is trespassing an offence Workers often come to fix something suddenly without warning or accompanying them so tenants open their doors unknowingly which is wrong on many levels Despite rent being paid uptodate there appears to be no interest from management in resolving these issues leaving many tenants feeling stressed out perhaps its time for external intervention from the Tenant Board City authorities or Fire Department Hopefully this will lead to better living conditions enabling peaceful enjoyment of our homes again more ... hide ...

Do not move to The Q Residentialits the worst place to live My friend rented an apartment there last month and discovered it was infested with roaches and bugs They had to spend almost 100 on bug sprays Both building managers are impolite and unresponsive so my friend couldnt even post pictures as proof or theyd get into trouble Unfortunately this area is in 2022-09-30T09:02:18Z

Noise insulation is practically nonexistent here Most of the neighbors are rude and very loud with only a couple exceptions Its most noticeable at the elevator where it sounds like their conversations are happening in your living room and they often keep the doors open to finish talking When kids are around they run to the elevator resulting in lots of noise and stomping that can be heard even in bedrooms Parents don't bother to tell them to be quiet either kitchen sounds carry all over too Walls here are drywall so you often feel shaking when people lean or bang on them People don't recycle properly either cars just follow each other into the parking garage without tapping cards against rules which could result in theft as there have been many such cases recently Kids run through hallways garbage thrown out outside permitted hours and everything being put into any bin nearby regardless of environment impactits a terrible culture here Positive reviews likely just come from people trying to protect their investments by pretending its not so bad but commuting isn't everything is that really how you want your home more ... hide ...

This review is from someone who has lived in building 143 Eighth street for over a year For privacy reasons their name wont be revealed The exterior of the building isn't attractive and yard maintenance is rare the garden display hasnt been worked on in ages and grass cutting is infrequent with trimmings left behind The interior is outdated with old stairs entrance door entrance doors to floors and hallway carpeting that need upgrade they have just been painted over The units have new appliances such as fridge stove toilet and tub when you move in which gets a 1010 rating however walls are worn out with many imperfections like cracks pealing heaters etc Cockroaches were also seen soon after moving in but this was managed by getting someone to caulk along all baseboards at an expense of nearly 400 this coupled with regular spraying has kept cockroaches away since then which can also be attributed to keeping the unit clean Its recommended to hire someone for caulking and covers for electric sockets while making sure sinks and bathtub are covered after use to prevent pests This place could be great due to its location but needs extensive renovation both inside and out as well as pest management control if you can spend more elsewhere then do it otherwise this place would suffice at 410 more ... hide ...
