Do not even consider renting at 236 Dixon Rd. I would rate it zero stars if I could. The stress of living there was uncalled for; you pay your rent on time, yet the apartment is overrun with cockroaches and various other bugs, and moles around the windows and bathroom. The manager, Nevila, is a fraud; she pretends to be friendly in order to obtain rent payments. It's ironic that she lives in a nice home while renting out apartments in an appalling condition - something she wouldn't accept herself. Painting or changing the floors does nothing to help; many tenants have already moved away due to this building being so unpleasant. My family stayed for 1 year and 6 months before we finally left - it's an awful place!
