I cannot express how terrible this building is - do not move here! Renovations were done quickly and of low quality, resulting in things constantly breaking. The water pressure is abysmal, and the sliding doors they installed don't even work properly. The visitors parking situation is a joke - if the super (Kevyn) isn't there, you can't get a day pass and will end up getting a ticket from the city. What are people supposed to do when they come visit on Sundays? Pay for tickets every time? Unacceptable. This building doesn't care about its residents at all; it's just a blood-sucking corporation with dirty hallways and balcony doors that always jam. To make matters worse, there is no backup generator when the power goes out; I was stuck in an elevator with my baby for nearly an hour without help! MetCap Living is garbage - stay away from them unless you want non-stop headaches!
