2023-01-16T23:30:03ZThe building is in terrible condition since Sterling Kermar and Starlight took over. Before, a 2 bedroom was around $1200 as recently as 2020; however, the new management has driven up rent to almost $1900 with added costs for utilities. Roaches are an issue that the management has been ignoring requests to fix; they are everywhere in the hallways, elevators, etc., and not just one or two. The underground parking floods when it rains, leaving cars unsafe; my car has been broken into twice and nothing was done about it. Renovations have been a disaster, there is often no hot water for days at a time, hallways are routinely dirty with no cleaning done by the management and there are only 6 dryers for the entire building which don't even work half of the time. There is also no security in or outside of the building so it's open to anyone who wants to use it for drug use/business.
