I am giving this rental experience 1 star, which is the minimum required to post a review; otherwise, I would have given it zero stars. It has been the worst experience of my life. When I moved in, there were many maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. I showed them all to the building superintendent multiple times and even opened maintenance requests on their portal. Despite this, three months have passed and still not a single request has been handled. Moreover, every time when I call building management they do not respond or answer calls during normal business hours; so, it takes 10-15 calls each time for me to get hold of someone! Setting up the buzzer was problematic and obtaining a parking spot was an absolute nightmare as management assigned me one that had already been taken (this happened twice and took 10 days for me to get an appropriate spot). To sum up, if you are looking for somewhere to rent then look elsewhere but not at this building! EDIT: Details were sent on the email below - please ensure appropriate action is taken.

I would not suggest anyone waste their funds or energy on renting in this building. The Building manager, Chantelle, is unprofessional and inept. Cogir has a lot of ineffective personnel that are hard to reach and any issues with your rental will only lead to running in circles. To make matters worse, they took my first month's rent and approved my lease only to give it away to someone else without informing me. I missed my move-in day because of their lack of response, leaving me homeless with all my belongings - they won't even show sympathy if you have no place to stay due to any errors from them or 'glitches'. All in all, I recommend avoiding living here altogether.
