The area is sketchy and dangerous our vehicles were broken into three times in six months I witnessed someone pepperspraying four people outside the property and there was even a home invasionsuicide in one of the units nearby Management lied to us about having two parking stalls with power that we could see from our unit which was a major selling point for us when we asked for it to be put on the lease they said no need as its free but then told us we couldnt park there They ignored our requests for months until we interrupted them multiple times before finally getting no resolution The parking lots are not cleared adequately so finding a spot is difficult homeless people rummage through the trash and spread it around too Our unit was very old five water leaks occurred two from sewage from an adjacent unit dead bugs were kept in jars left by previous tenants vents were full of debris that had been there probably years until we asked for them to be cleaned also no lights except kitchen and bathroom as well as poor ventilation in bathroom which had a window in bathtub so covered with frosted glass Avoid this rental they are slumlords copy paste responses saying they couldnt find me as resident showed their lack of concern about negative experience since 250 units can easily be filled due to rent incentives and inexpensive area more ... hide ...

My partner and I have been living at Sunset Valley for almost three years Initially Realstar was the building manager and we found Brandi and Ian to be outstanding in terms of snow removal sweeping of underground and above ground parking lots lawn upkeep etc During the switch from Realstar to Westbury Rentals we had a contractor enter our suite without prior warning For a couple of months after Westbury took over it was nearly impossible to contact anyone in their office we called emailed and visited numerous times but never got a response Eventually when we managed get through our rent hadnt been taken out for three months so 10 000 was mistakenly taken from our account instead after complaining this amount was reversed but it still took them four weeks to sort out the missing payments When I asked if anything could be done as compensation like free parking I did not hear back Adding on to this review although they do sweep the parking lot it is still very dirty with no painted lines they have rescheduled painting them several times before cancelling each time Furthermore the common areas hallwaysstairwellslobby are not being kept as clean as Realstar used to I actually went ahead and wiped down one of the door frames myself due its filthiness The suites were recently renovated which were very roomy plus having insuite laundry means you don't need to go elsewhere which is great Sound does carry so more ... hide ...

If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations Park Place Tower is a great option My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable The staff Rosie and Pritika do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed seen and heard Furthermore the buildings maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being 2022-10-31T16:32:17Z
If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations Park Place Tower is a great option My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable The staff Rosie and Pritika do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed seen and heard Furthermore the buildings maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being nothing short of exceptional Additionally there are extra security measures in place for added peace of mindThe only issue I have encountered so far is the temperature in our suite as the heaters seem to be really effective even when the thermostat is all the way down Im curious to see how this will pan out during summer months However we have received a notice that new smart home tech will be installed soon which should help with this issueTo conclude Park Place Tower offers an amazing community atmosphere coupled with great amenities Rosie even reached out to me about my complaint right away and resolved it within two days which was greatly appreciated more ... hide ...

My girlfriend and I lived in this apartment complex from July 2021 to September 2022 We paid 2194 for a twobedroom unit plus an additional 300 monthly for parking and electricity Their billing system was chaotic as we didnt receive our first electric bill until October and it was for a period of July 126 Furthermore they would sometimes charge us for three months at a time or even just one month but the bills would always be two to four months late Homeless people were taking shelter in the stairwells due to lack of security on site which also meant that packages were often stolen from the mailroom On top of this people living above us habitually threw garbage onto our balcony ranging from fast food bags to cigarette butts that our puppy picked up we received only one email during our entire stay reminding residents not to smoke on their balconies otherwise management ignored all complaints Alicias attitude towards us was dismissive and snappy when responding via email as she seemed nice in person she is unreachable over weekends with her phone number redirecting calls to Greystone management who are useless when we booked an elevator for moveout day it wasnt on main floor with no indication that it had been reserved although four separate Greystone employees said theyd send someone over nobody ever came so movers charged us an extra 400 furthermore between the two of us we spent 10 hours cleaning apartment yet upon walkthrough Alicia increased painting cost from 100 to more ... hide ...
