2023-02-24T05:00:06ZWe lived in this place for a year and were threatened with eviction multiple times due to supposed parking issues. The notice had no warning and strict timelines attached. We only had one car, which was always parked in our designated spot. We kept taking the notice to the management (Helen Murray), who was unprofessional, and they would say it was given 'in error'. After being harassed so much, we bought our own house and left. It is likely that we were targeted because after signing the lease, the building became designated for seniors only, so they probably wanted us out since we were young professionals. If you are worried about an eviction-happy management targeting you - beware!
