Veljka Brattland is the amazing Property Manager at Patricia Heights She was very kind and understanding in helping us move in and get settled Maintenance is prompt to requests and the apartments are adultsonly so its quiet here Plus there are many river valley trails around for walking and biking Were really happy with this area it overlooks a ravine Wed hi 2023-02-11T18:30:03Z

If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations Park Place Tower is a great option My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable The staff Rosie and Pritika do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed seen and heard Furthermore the buildings maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being 2023-02-24T10:30:03Z
If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations Park Place Tower is a great option My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable The staff Rosie and Pritika do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed seen and heard Furthermore the buildings maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being nothing short of exceptional Additionally there are extra security measures in place for added peace of mindThe only issue I have encountered so far is the temperature in our suite as the heaters seem to be really effective even when the thermostat is all the way down Im curious to see how this will pan out during summer months However we have received a notice that new smart home tech will be installed soon which should help with this issueTo conclude Park Place Tower offers an amazing community atmosphere coupled with great amenities Rosie even reached out to me about my complaint right away and resolved it within two days which was greatly appreciated more ... hide ...
