    If you are looking at different Boardwalk locations, Park Place Tower is a great option. My roommate and I transferred here from another and the difference is remarkable. The staff, Rosie and Pritika, do a wonderful job in making sure residents are welcomed, seen and heard. Furthermore, the building's maintenance staff keep it very clean with recent renovations being nothing short of exceptional. Additionally, there are extra security measures in place for added peace of mind. The only issue I have encountered so far is the temperature in our suite as the heaters seem to be really effective even when the thermostat is all the way down - I'm curious to see how this will pan out during summer months. However, we have received a notice that new smart home tech will be installed soon which should help with this issue. To conclude, Park Place Tower offers an amazing community atmosphere coupled with great amenities - Rosie even reached out to me about my complaint right away and resolved it within two days which was greatly appreciated!
