I am happy with my choice to move away from home for the first time and renting at Capital for a little over six months. The property manager, Alicia, goes above and beyond in her job. She is always cheerful and makes an effort to greet people. She quickly responds to emails or questions and does whatever she can to help out residents. The building is secure due to the cameras around the premises as well as having to scan a key fob when accessing elevators or stairwells. Overall, I have had nothing but good experiences living at Capital with Alicia as the property manager.

My girlfriend and I lived in this apartment complex from July 2021 to September 2022. We paid $2,194 for a two-bedroom unit plus an additional $300 monthly for parking and electricity. Their billing system was chaotic, as we didn't receive our first electric bill until October and it was for a period of July 1-26. Furthermore, they would sometimes charge us for three months at a time or even just one month but the bills would always be two to four months late. Homeless people were taking shelter in the stairwells due to lack of security on site which also meant that packages were often stolen from the mailroom. On top of this, people living above us habitually threw garbage onto our balcony ranging from fast food bags to cigarette butts that our puppy picked up; we received only one email during our entire stay reminding residents not to smoke on their balconies otherwise management ignored all complaints. Alicia's attitude towards us was dismissive and snappy when responding via email as she seemed nice in person; she is unreachable over weekends with her phone number redirecting calls to Greystone management who are useless; when we booked an elevator for move-out day it wasn't on main floor with no indication that it had been r more ...
